Un trekking in un mosaico territoriale che colpisce per la ricchezza e varietà, quello intorno a Nerola: uliveti a perdita d'occhio, l'olio dei quali porta nel sapore, raffinatissimo e pregiato, il “gusto” della roccia calcarea sulla quale i contadini li hanno eroicamente cresciuti per millenni. In mezzo agli ulivi un fiorire di alberi da frutta di ogni tipo, vigne, erbe spontanee e paesaggi che ci ricordano quanto quei contadini tenessero alla diversità come ad un valore supremo.

A territorial mosaic that is striking for its richness and variety, the one around Nerola: olive groves as far as the eye can see, the oil of which, refined and precious, brings the "taste" of the calcareous rock on which the peasants have heroically grown them for millennia. In the middle of the olive trees a flowering of fruit trees of all kinds, vineyards, wild herbs and landscapes that remind us how much those peasants used to care for diversity as a supreme value.
